Victoria has strong experience in recruiting executives within the industrial market in general (manufacturing, process industry, industrial services) with a strong focus on the paper and packaging field where she has conducted various searches in France and Europe for large multinationals as well as for private equity backed small and mid cap companies. She additionally focuses on functional positions, specifically Financial Officer positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Controlling and Head of Accounting. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Victoria worked for a global competitor and a French executive search firm in Paris. She previously worked for a small boutique in Germany developing her diversified experience. Victoria studied in Germany, her native country, she holds a business degree from the International Business School of Bad Homburg. She is fluent in German, English and French.
