Based in Los Angeles, Elizabeth is a member of the firm's Technology practice, specializing in FinTech, Financial Officers, and Strategy/Corporate Development executive placements. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Elizabeth was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, serving clients primarily in the financial, healthcare, and TMT sectors across strategy, org design, and transformation engagements. She was previously a VP of business development at Thesys Technologies and an equities trader at Jefferies. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a dual bachelor’s degree in management science and economics from MIT.
