Mr. Hoff joins Korn Ferry from Gallup where he served as Regional Director and Partner focusing on human capital strategies including succession planning, organizational identity, employee and customer experience, leadership development, demand modeling and analytics. Prior to this role, Mr. Hoff held consulting and leadership positions at NRC Health, where he oversaw business development efforts nationally for the organization with a focus in performance measurement, clinical quality improvement, and governance education. His consulting services prepared hospitals for government reporting and “pay for performance” of patient quality results and assisted in their improvement efforts. He also has extensive consulting experience with focus in shaping service values, workplace culture and talent management. Mr. Hoff holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from The University of Nebraska- Lincoln. His community involvement includes volunteer and philanthropic work with Junior Achievement of Georgia and The Boy Scouts of America.
