Aidan O'Brien is based in our Paris office and a member of the Technology, Media, Telecommunications & IT Services Practice. With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and the technology industry, he possesses deep experience in the transformation of a variety of organizations, from established multi-billion-dollar high tech companies to scale-ups and early-stage startups. Aidan focuses on digital, B2B SaaS, the new economy and green tech. He is known for his ability to break down complex problems and personalities; finding original solutions; for being insatiably curious; and for having a strong analytical mind and an unwavering belief that effective leadership is at the core of any company’s success. Aidan has lived and worked across Europe, the Americas and Asia. He speaks English and French fluently. He holds a first masters in politics, philosophy, and economics (PPE) from Oxford University, and a second in innovation and entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. He is an inventor of two patents and a certified trainer in the process communication model. A former football player in the UK, he is now a UEFA B license coach.
