Lizette is Managing Partner of DHR’s Miami office and a member of the Diversity, Retail, Industrial, and Consumer practice groups As the Managing Partner of DHR's Miami office, Lizette is strengthening the firm’s presence in Latin America. With over 20 years of progressive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, she has held strategic positions in Human Capital for multinational companies including Eastman Kodak Company and Johnson & Johnson. A member of the Diversity, Retail, Industrial, and Consumer practice groups, Lizette specializes in executive search, talent attraction and retention strategies, career transition coaching, business strategy, and compensation strategies and serves clients across the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to joining DHR International, Lizette was CEO and Partner at Bleumind, an executive and professional search firm with operations in Miami, Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. As a certified Diversity Recruiter and Six Sigma Champion, Lizette has successfully led more than 120 executive-level searches and contributed to the placement of more than 2,500 professionals. Lizette has her bachelor's in industrial relations (HR) from ITESO Guadalajara and a master's in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from Instituto de Programacion Neurolinguistica. She has a certification from Harvard Business School in the Leading Professional Service Firm Program and holds an Advanced Certification in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting by Cornell University. Lizette also served as a board member of IMSA Executive Search, where she worked in strategy and expansion for the Americas and currently serves on the board of the Business and Administration Program at the Panamerican University, Campus Guadalajara.
