Biography
Based in New York, Mr. Stephenson works across a wide range of clients to include Fortune 100 and private equity backed companies. Over the past few years, he has placed CIOs and CDOs at Express Scripts, Fannie Mae, KPMG, DuPont, American Express Global Business Travel, TSYS and Goldman Sachs. Many of his engagements are global to permit a strong understanding of cultures and local challenges.
A significant portion of his work includes the identification of talent, as well as, large leadership programs to transform, modernize and improve functional domains across technology, digital, operations and cyber. Mr. Stephenson is also a member of the Firm's Board & CEO Services Practice and Global Promotion Committee where he helps to assess and identify next generation leaders for Korn Ferry. In 2015, he was also asked to represent Korn Ferry as a board member for The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants / AESC.
Mr. Stephenson continues to be a featured speaker at the MIT Digital CIO Symposium, Forbes CIO Summit and Wall Street Journal CIO Conference. He is often quoted in various industry publications and more recently in the CIO Journal and Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and Search CIO covering a variety of topics to include critical leadership characteristics associated with top performers.
Mr. Stephenson is a graduate of Lynchburg College in Virginia, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management.
He resides in Wilton, CT, with his wife, Jana, and two sons. He is an active member and coach of Wilton Youth Football and Wilton Youth Lacrosse programs and Habitat for Humanity.
