Adam applies two decades of financial advisory and accounting experience helping clients resolve complex issues of fraud, business disputes, and regulatory compliance. Adam has led litigation consulting engagements in a variety of settings, including those centering on damages analysis, purchase price disputes, lost profit determinations, valuations, forensic accounting, and technical accounting issues. Adam has also led forensic accounting, audit, and investigation matters on behalf of companies, management, and audit committees, including those aimed at investigating allegations of fraud and financial impropriety, complex accounting issues, and regulatory non-compliance. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was an auditor at Deloitte.
