Based in Paris, she partners with clients in the Industrials Industry, supporting her clients – from CAC40 and Private Equity companies to startups - on their most pressing leadership recruitment on CEO, business development, marketing, BU leadership and supply chain functions, in all Industry sectors. Amélie Douyère spent 10 years in the corporate and consulting environment before joining Russell Reynolds, with half her career working in transformation roles in the electrical equipment industry at Schneider Electric and ABB, locally and globally, with a specific focus on digital and eCommerce projects. Before joining the corporate world, she spent the first half of her career in the management consulting company BearingPoint, in the digital and strategy practice in Paris, working for B2B companies such as Électricité de France (EDF), La Française des Jeux (FDJ), and Schneider Electric, among others, on sales or digital transformation projects. Amélie graduated from ESCP-EAP European School of Management, Paris and Sciences-Po Aix.
