Born and bred in a small town just outside of Berkeley, Graham desired to work in the tech industry from a young age after witnessing first-hand it’s effects on the greater San Francisco area. He found his home in executive search, where he specializes in recruiting top engineering and product talent for high-growth enterprise startups in Silicon Valley. As a leader on Daversa’s west coast tech practice, Graham has placed VP/C-suite level product development executives at Snowflake Computing, Freshworks, Rippling, ThousandEyes, Sigma Computing, Ancestry, CircleCI, Lacework, Fetch Robotics, LightStep, and many others. Graham graduated early from UC Davis with a double major in History and Political Science.
