Yvette Rae is a Partner in Cornerstone International Group Australia and is the firm’s Principal Consulting Psychologist. Yvette has worked with major financial and professional services corporations and industrial organizations to advise on restructures, undertake competency mapping exercises, arrange and interpret psychometric assessments for talent acquisition and promotional potential purposes, deliver executive coaching and leadership development programs and career transition services. Managing senior level recruitment assignments in the banking & financial services, retail and science and technology sectors also features in Yvette’s broad experience. Prior to commencing her Consulting career, Yvette held Senior Human Resource Management positions both in the private and public sector, namely the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), V/Line (public rail transport operator), National Australia Bank as State HR Manager Victoria & Tasmania, and as National HR Manager with Figgins Holdings, a major fashion accessory retail group.
