Ximena is an Associate in the Non-Profit Practice and Director of Top Management an Odgers Partners Company.​ Ximena has experience in the recruitment of first and second level positions for local and multinational companies in diverse industries. Ximena worked in the Human Resources Area at Merck S.A. for two years, where she was in charge of the recruitment, training and development processes. ​ She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has studied in candidate recruitment by competences. She is certified by Icontec in Management Systems Quality Norm.​
