Etienne helps Aerospace and Defense players globally on complex M&A transactions and critical transformation programs. Etienne brings more than 18 years of hands-on consulting experience in Europe, North America, Middle East and South-East Asia. Etienne covers a wide range of issues and situations in the A&D industry, including in the areas of business development, M&A, post-merger integration, operations, procurement, supply chain strategy, organization design and change management. Through his career, he covered a large range of other industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Infrastructure. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Etienne worked for Kearney in Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia. He graduated from HEC School of Management, Paris.
