Mr. Koshiishi has successfully placed numerous executives in the finance sector, including country head of a private equity, CEO of a commercial bank, and Chairman of a commercial bank. Mr. Koshiishi focuses on Japan and global assignments for Japanese and Multinational financial services institutions in areas of global banking, global markets, insurance and private equities. He has nearly 17 years of search experiences. His search experiences have widely covered European CEOs, Japan CEOs, managing directors and directors for financial services institutions as well as executive management positions for PEs' portfolio companies. He also has in-depth experience in engaging in global leadership talent reviews and assessments for Japanese and multinational financial services institutions. Mr. Koshiishi received his B.A. in Economics from Keio University and his M.P.A from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
