She managed a dozen of transformation projects in the healthcare, oil and gas, utilities, UN agencies, NGOs, aviation, and customs in both private and government sectors in 6 countries- Canada, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Egypt and Lebanon.
Dima is also an ex-university instructor and a corporate trainer, imparting knowledge and skills to approximately 1850 individuals around the world in leadership, communication, and change management. She was also invited as a guest speaker with ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals) - Ontario Chapter, to share valuable insights and experiences with fellow professionals on change management.
Her passion for education and training was recognized, as she was honored with an award for Excellent Contribution, Dedication, and Hard Work for executing Staff and Leadership Development Programs at the prestigious King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, KSA. She was also recognized as one of the most 12 popular EY (Ernst & Young) staff globally and the only one in EMEIA. for her #PurposeinFocus video highlighting the importance of humans@center in transformations.
Dima's extensive experience in various change management positions on client sites, coupled with her work in global advisory firms, positions her perfectly to deliver practical solutions for organizational and people transformations.
Dima is a people person and is passionate about helping leaders drive impactful transformations across their organizations by creating human centric experiences that matter.
She is a Certified International Change Manager, licensed Prosci Change Management Practitioner, accredited AIM Change Management Methodology and holds a Master of Sciences in Management. She is fluent in Arabic, English & French.
