Michelle is a member of the firm's Global Technology Practice with a focus on search, assessment and selection of the world's highest performing leaders in technology for predominantly Australian based clients. Michelle invests a significant component of her work in talent attraction of executives who's purpose is to lead organisations who's core business is technology. These appointments include the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. Michelle and the team also fulfil the appointment of technical leadership specialists across the domains of Infrastructure, Applications Development, Architecture, Digital, Cloud and Cyber Security. Prior to Korn Ferry Michelle has 20 years of Executive Search and Selection experience. She spent 7 years as a Partner in a boutique consulting firm & the prior 13 years as a Director of a Global Talent organisation. Michelle's experience also includes the leadership of an internally lead Executive Search capability for a top 20 ASX business. Before entering the search sector Michelle enjoyed a successful career in banking and funds management in Brisbane, London and Melbourne. Ms Peterson holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
