Vanessa Simões is a partner at Amrop INNITI where she leads the Consumer, Retail, Insurance and Industrial Practices, conducting Executive Search projects for both multinational clients and local & family-owned companies and also private equity and venture capital funds. She is also responsible for the Leadership Services practice in Brazil and developing Diversity projects. Vanessa has had almost 15 years of experience at Executive Search and Leadership Services having worked at Korn/Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that, she was an executive at Mckinsey and Citibank where she held positions with Latin America scope. She began her career at ABB working in Brazil and Germany. Vanessa holds a Business Administration Bachelor Degree at Universidade of São Paulo and executive education certificates from Fundação Dom Cabral and Goethe Universität in Germany.
