Sjoerd Kooistra is a Consultant at the Amsterdam Office of Odgers Berndtson. He specialises in operations and supply chain related leadership appointments across all industry sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson he worked at Berwick Partners (part of Odgers Berndtson) where he focused on Senior Management roles, on developing future talent and providing high potential candidates a sounding board and network to support them through the next stage of their career. Sjoerd holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master degree in Human Resources, and has taken additional courses on Change Management, all at the University of Groningen.
