Daisy is an Associate Director and heads up our US team in New York. She focuses on search execution for a broad range of Private Equity clients across venture capital, growth equity, mid-market, and large-cap LBO firms across the US. She joined Dartmouth in 2017 where she partnered with Private Equity clients to deliver bespoke search strategies and diversity hiring within the sector. In 2021, Daisy moved to New York to open Dartmouth’s first transatlantic office and now continues to focus on driving Dartmouth’s growth and development within the US. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Daisy worked for a large recruitment firm, where she focused on placing legal professionals into both the private practice and in-house space. She graduated from Durham University with a degree in Music and is originally from Brighton.
