Strengthening her experience by opening the Paris office, and other subsidiaries in Romania, Morocco, India, she recruited and managed local and remote teams. She always brought in new processes, in order to improve client's satisfaction. With an extensive multi-sector experience, Marianne has evolved more in the industrial practice and is eager to continue this for the Korn Ferry EMEA industry practice, and for the Chemicals and Agribusiness practice in particular. Earlier, she began her career at the French-German Chamber of Commerce in Paris as an editorialist for the internal magazine where she build out her large network with French-German economic & industrial partners. In 1995, she entered a recruiting company where she was in charge of the complete direct search process and had her first success in business development . Marianne holds a Masters in German Literature & Civilization as well as a Postgraduate degree in Economy & Management in German speaking countries. Since 2008, she is a professional certified Coach for individuals and teams.
