Pejehafo specialises in recruiting mid to senior HR professionals in to the professional services sector. He covers both generalist and specialist roles from HR business partner to junior manager level, with a particular focus on recruiting in to management consultancies, real estate, accountancy, and legal firms. Pejehafo joined Frazer Jones in 2019 and initially focussed on recruitment in financial services, before transitioning to professional services in 2021. This breadth of experience adds another dimension to his ability to advise clients and candidates on their recruitment needs, career trajectory, and the market in general. Prior to his career in recruitment, Pejehafo worked In the real estate industry as a sales consultant, building up strong foundations to become a successful recruiter. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors, and cycling, although he admits some may call him a fair-weather cyclist. If not exploring the outdoors, he can be found enjoying a lovely glass of wine amongst friends.
