Dale joined Six Degrees Executive in 2014 and leads the Six Degrees Melbourne Engineering, Operations & Technical team. He is supported by a team of experienced recruitment consultants who manage permanent and contract assignments from entry level to senior management. Dale has a highly engaged network and has partnered with a variety of clients including global multinationals, ASX listed, private equity and family owned and managed businesses. He has a depth of knowledge and expertise in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG and industrial services sectors where he has consistently delivered key appointments at senior management and executive leadership level for production, operations, technical, innovation, quality, safety, project, maintenance and engineering positions. Dale has over 10 years in executive search and specialist recruitment after transitioning from a role as an Industrial Chemist, following study for a Bachelor of Science in his hometown of Bendigo in regional Victoria. Outside of work, Dale enjoys sampling the food, wine and golf courses on the Mornington Peninsula.
