Mr. Takashi Kameda leads the Global Technology Markets practice for Japan. With over two decades of wide-ranging business experience within the IT space, he is responsible for Korn Ferrys talent solutions across the Digital and Technology segments. Mr. Kameda has an extensive track record in executive search for both global and domestic clients in a wide spectrum of industry segments including; Internet Services, Communications, Platforms (Digital, Cloud, Software), Digital Entertainment, Systems & Devices, and IT & Professional Services. Additionally, Mr. Kameda has worked with clients in diverse industries for their IT, digital, and security functional leadership and talent needs. Prior to joining the executive search industry in 2012, Mr. Kameda engaged in business development and investment activities in IT, reusable energy, and venture business space. Before, he led Google's business development in Japan as one of Japan leadership members. Mr. Kameda started his professional career at ITOCHU Corporation in 1989 and built his career within the IT business arena which was culminated in him leading the company's venture capital operation in Silicon Valley from early to mid 2000's. Mr. Kameda holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering from Waseda University.
