Biography
Glen Warshauer brings insights from years of working with successful leaders to help his clients learn what high performers do to excel, while helping them discover their own unique approaches to success. He emphasizes practical workplace application, and transforms insight into action and behavior change. Mr. Warshauer partners to help leaders achieve their goals, as well as strong alignment with their organization's mission. His clients, including C-suite executives, teams, and other leaders find him positive, supportive, and collaborative, as well as demanding of high levels of performance.
Mr. Warshauer also has extensive experience with simulation- and instrument-based assessments, workshop facilitation, and 360-degree feedback programs.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Warshauer served as executive consultant and director of worldwide coaching services at PDI Ninth House, where he certified executive coaches and consulted with client leaders for over ten years. Previously, he held an internal leadership position with a global employee opinion survey firm where his work appeared in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Washington Post, and on CNN.
Mr. Warshauer has industry experience in consumer products, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, human resources, insurance, manufacturing, marketing, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Mr. Warshauer earned doctoral and master's degrees in organizational psychology from the University of Illinois, a master's degree in counseling psychology from Temple University, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. A certified master-level executive coach, he is also a member of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.
