Erwin Visser joined Mercuri Urval in 1995 and works from our office in Eindhoven. Intermittently he owned his own business for 8 years in strategy development and implementation. He focusses on Energy Transition and the IT sector with a specific focus on Executive search and Executive coaching. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval Erwin worked as an operational pilot with the Koninklijke Luchtmacht in several management positions. Erwin is a graduate of the Military Academy and studied Organisational Development and participated in an International Business Program at the Rotterdam School of Management.
