Graham is the Regional Practice Leader for Korn Ferry's CEO Succession practice in the Asia-Pacific region, based in the Singapore office. Graham's passion is helping leaders, teams (Executive Teams & Boards) and organisations to realise their full potential. In today's age of disruption, this increasingly demands helping clients to balance short term performance (running the business), whilst simultaneously reinventing and transforming (changing the business) ahead of market disruption. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Graham was the Regional Managing Partner for CEO & Board Practice for another Leadership Consulting firm based in Singapore. He also was also the Global Leader of the firm’s Leadership Assessment service line. Graham brings to his work with clients over 25 years of commercial experience across the Asia-Pacific markets, developed through his previous roles in project finance, M&A and business development at Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and the Virgin Group.
