Nick is a partner, and Head of both the Finance International practice and Go-to-Market International practice. He works across the EMEA region and partners with investors and high-growth internet, software and technology enabled businesses looking to build-out world-class board and senior management capabilities. Formerly with The Up Group, a London-headquartered search firm focused on the digital economy, Nick established and led the CFO practice whilst also completing multiple leadership searches across general management, marketing, sales, engineering and HR. Earlier in his career, Nick worked internationally for a global firm where he led the TMT practice, placing corporate company and venture capital CFOs into some of the world's most recognisable brands. Nick read art history at the University of Newcastle and also holds a First Class Masters in property investment and asset management from the University of Birmingham.
