Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Timo built a 20-year career in strategy and M&A, spanning technology and manufacturing industries. He served as a vice president, M&A and strategy, and a management team member with Nokian Tyres Plc. Before Nokian Tyres, he spent a decade in the US leading M&A and strategy for Ingram Micro Inc. — a global leader in technology and supply chain services in Irvine, California — and held various strategy development roles at Nokia Corporation in the US and Finland. He started his career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Timo holds MSc in technology and MSc in economics from Aalto University and is fluent in Finnish, English and conversational Swedish.
