Moly serves as senior associate in True’s Shanghai office. In this role, Moly works with global clients and senior consultants throughout the Asia Pacific region, where she is fully engaged in the entire search process, from research, candidate identification, pre-screening and candidate management, to preparing in-depth industry and competitor research reports. Moly started her career with an executive search headquartered in Japan. She then moved to a U.S. retained executive search firm 15 years ago, where she was most recently a manager. Moly has completed numerous search assignments for diversified industries. From 2012 to 2021, she joined DHR International, where some of her premier placements included senior management and vice president placements in various industries. Moly holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Born and raised in Shanghai, she is a native Mandarin speakerand is fluent in English.
