Biography
Loren Walsh has extensive experience and expertise in the design and deployment of custom leadership programs for a wide spectrum of clients ranging from quickly scaling start-up ventures to Fortune 100 industry leaders. Throughout her career, she has partnered with C-level executives across multiple industries to design and facilitate award-winning leadership solutions that transform organizations and deliver outstanding business results.
Loren is also recognized for her ability to help organizations collaborate, innovate, solve seemingly intractable problems and significantly enhance collective performance. She has developed highly impactful approaches in the areas of executive assimilation, strategy execution, new product innovation, senior team alignment, hi-potential talent readiness/succession and top one hundred leadership initiatives.
Loren's background includes senior leadership roles in start-up ventures, Fortune 100 companies and best-in-class consulting firms. She brings a global perspective to her client engagements having worked in 17 countries across multiple industries including life sciences, technology, financial services, healthcare, energy, professional services and consumer products.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Loren was the Chief Learning Officer with FOUNDER.org a venture fund and business accelerator for highly disruptive early stage companies. As SVP and Global Head of Solution Innovation at Right Management, a Manpower company, she was responsible for leading 50 offices across 3 continents. She is certified in a plethora of leadership assessments, is a member of the International Coaches Federation and a frequent presenter at industry conferences and entrepreneurship programs.
Loren holds a BA degree with distinction from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in organizational performance from St. Mary's College. She is a graduate of the distinguished Leadership California program, and current member of the Upward network for Women in Technology based in Silicon Valley, CA.
She is a frequent guest lecturer on innovation at MIT, UCSF, Stanford and Carnegie Mellon.
