He has extensive professional expertise in Executive Search and Board & Leadership Advisory. He focuses on Strategic Consulting Services, including talent management in mergers and acquisitions, and transfers his many years of experience and unique know-how not only to successful companies and personalities in Slovak and Czech business, founders and family business owners, Family Offices, private investors or shareholders but also to artists and athletes. Martin manages the strategic development of relations in the public sector and in regulated economic sectors and helps creating effective partnerships and knowledge transfer between the private and public sectors. He is a sought-after trusted consultant and a recognized expert in HR policies and family businesses. Martin is also the Founder and President of the advisory and analytical institute European Public Policy Partnership in Bratislava and Brussels, a member of several executive boards and associations, clubs and organizations at home and abroad, as well as member of advisory bodies of the Slovak Parliament and Government. From 2005 to 2013 he acted as President of the Business Alliance of Slovakia (PAS) and from 2006 to 2010 he was a member – advisor to the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels.
