Mr. Mooney has over nineteen years' experience in search, having joined Korn Ferry in 2008 from a pan-European boutique life sciences search firm. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Client Partner. Mr. Mooney has expertise in recruiting senior executives into pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, on both a national and international basis and across the full functional spectrum. Whilst working with established multinationals, he has also developed a particularly strong track record as an advisor to U.S.-headquartered specialty or orphan biopharmaceutical companies, helping them establish and then build out their European leadership teams ahead of regulatory approvals and product commercialisation. Mr. Mooney began his search career as a research analyst with a management consultancy search boutique in London. Mr. Mooney is a graduate of Brunel University in London.
