Joshua has a track record working through US, EMEA, LATAM and APAC with both SMEs and larger global corporations within the food, beverage and agriculture sector. He has conducted successful searches throughout the globe across a broad spectrum of disciplines including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, quality, legislation, finance, HR and technology from Director to C-Suite level. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in early 2020, Joshua worked for five years within a London headquartered global search firm, Carmichael Fisher. Here he successfully established and built a diverse and loyal client base across food, beverage and agriculture. Although his industry experience was vast across both consumer and industrial sectors, he had a particular affinity to markets within the B2B and B2B2C space looking to transform their business into solutions-driven, high performing global operations. Joshua was able to offer in-depth expertise and knowledge in a changing and highly specialist segment. Before joining Carmichael Fisher, Joshua spent seven years building a team and practice within a specialist food and beverage recruiter focussed solely on the UK market. Here his practice focussed on Quality, Technical, Regulatory and R&D recruitment predominantly within the manufacturing and retail environment. Joshua earned his BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, has a Diploma from the REC and holds a committee position within the FDA group at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
