Prior to joining DHR, Paul served as Partner at a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology, financial services and industrial organizations. He also had a successful career in the Canadian Forces as an Infantry Officer. An active community supporter, Paul is a Scout leader and, through ICTC, coaches new Canadians through their first job searches in Canada. He is a past board member of the Chamber Music Society of Mississauga and the Mississauga International Children’s Festival. Paul has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University.
