As a strategic resource for her search clients, Katie has extensive experience identifying and securing game-changing leaders. She has helped build senior leadership teams, including placing C-suite executives for roles such as CEO, president, CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO, chief diversity officer, vice president and director. Prior to joining Robert Half, Katie led a full-service executive recruitment firm, specializing in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial and consumer industries. Katie has been involved with numerous organizations, charities and alumni groups, including the Cancer Research Foundation, Toys for Tots and Canines for Companions. Katie graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature and a minor in political science. Katie is fluent in conversational Spanish.
