Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Ms. Gousis worked for ADP in the role of District Sales Manager, where she developed comprehensive Human Capital Management solutions for national accounts. Her career also includes business development experience with consulting firms M Squared and RGP, where her focus has primarily been on developing successful enterprise-wide talent initiatives. Ms. Gousis earned her B.A in Liberal Arts from San Jose State University, with a concentration on the Humanities and American Studies.
