Ms. Ferreira brings over 15 years of executive level expertise in strategy, organizational change and change management in various and huge transformations. She helps organizations design themselves - the structure, roles and responsibility - to seize opportunities.
As importantly, Catherine helps organizations select and hire the talent they need to execute their strategy, drive leadership and show them the best way develop and motivate their people.
Ms. Ferreira leads mainly projects focused on restructuring activities & transforming the operating model in merger and acquisition contexts : responsible for the closure of several industrial facilities, project manager of vendor due diligence of subsidiaries, HR processes Due Diligence, performance of the support functions, project manager of HR study transformation, evaluation and management of the social agenda.
Her sreas of expertise include: Social partners strategy, Organizational Design, Operations Strategy, Talent acquisition, Leadership development.
Ms. Ferreira holds a master in management at Grenoble Business School. Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked in Accenture Strategy managed large and complex projects in Talent & Organization.
