Heidy graduated with Master and Bachelor degree in Law from Tongji University in Shanghai before going on to complete a Master’s degree in Philosophy at Hong Kong Baptist University. Heidy began recruiting for China in 2008, and joined Taylor Root in 2014 to focus on the in-house recruitment in mainland China. Heidy has worked with a wide range of international and mainland multinational corporations and has successfully assisted clients in building up their legal teams. Heidy is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and the Shanghai dialect.
