Mr. Galasko brings significant experience to the Firm in the area of leadership assessment and development programs for high potentials, assessment centers, and training. He has taken an active role developing the Firm's consultants to be assessors and lead coaches in the Central European region. Mr. Galasko has served as the lead coach for many leadership assessment centers for supervisor to business-unit leader levels. He is an experienced trainer, having conducted a variety of leadership and skill specific trainings, e.g., coaching skills, interviewing skills, etc. His broad industry expertise includes that of consumer goods and services, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and education sectors. In his coaching practice, Mr. Galaskó's clients are leaders from a variety of industries, to whom he provides feedback about their leadership skills after development centres and facilitates their growth through the use of targeted developmental tools. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Galaskó served as a Senior Consultant in the Middle East region for PDI Ninth House, and earlier was a Managing Director for PDI Ninth House Hungary. Mr. Galasko holds a master's degree in teaching English as a foreign language and a master's degree in organizational psychology from the University of Szeged, Hungary. Mr. Galasko is fluent in English and Hungarian.
