Cathryn Davis (she/her) is an enthusiastic and passionate executive search consultant with more than 10 years of progressive program development and management experience within higher education. She excels at helping clients to find the right leaders for their needs and has particular expertise at identifying and advancing individuals from underrepresented groups. Clients and candidates know Cathryn for her collaborative spirit, ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships, and creative problem-solving capabilities. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Cathryn was associate director, business & technology community, in the career center for the University of Virginia. Among her many responsibilities, she developed programs specifically oriented for diverse students. As an example, she created a new strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative to market industry specific DEI employer initiatives to diverse student populations, with the ultimate goal of increasing diversity within business and technology industry areas. At Virginia, she was also previously the program manager for alumni career services at the Darden School of Business. Earlier in her career, Cathryn was a program manager in the office of student success at Montana State University in Bozeman. She also worked in undergraduate admissions at the university.
