Mayur Rane is a Senior Consultant at The Up Group and brings over 14 years of experience in the executive search industry. Prior to this, Mayur was a Managing Associate within Korn Ferry's Technology Practice with a focus on software and platforms, semiconductors, communications, and digital sub-sectors spanning the Asia Pacific region. Earlier, he worked with DHR International, a US based global retained executive search firm, for four years in their Mumbai and Singapore offices executing search mandates across the Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Real Estate and Advanced Technology sectors across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Mayur started his career with 3P Consultants Private Limited, a boutique retained executive search consulting firm specialising in Engineering, Life Sciences and Healthcare. Mayur holds a Masters Degree in Science from the University of Mumbai.
