Mr. van Duijvenbode brings 20 years' experience in organization and HR consulting. Working predominantly with clients in the technology, industrial and consumer industries. He specializes in designing and delivering organizational restructuring (e.g. growth enablement, right sizing, post-merger integration), leadership development programs and help to increase effectiveness of senior leadership teams. Since joining Korn Ferry from Accenture in 2007, he has led a diverse range of high-profile projects achieving transformational results for our clients. This includes delivering the HR transformation of a global specialty chemicals company, leading organization design work for a monobrand Netherlands-based retailer, designing and delivering a global management development program for a high-tech brand. Mr. van Duijvenbode holds an MSc in Business Economics from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands.
