Marilyn joined the team at Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012, prior to the company name change. At this leading, nationally recognized recruiting firm she earned National Search Consultant of the Year for 2014 and 2015. In addition, Marilyn has never missed obtaining Peak Performer Status throughout her career. Previously, Marilyn came from Sprint International as a Customer Care Trainer. Marilyn's primary function was the onboarding and training of new hires which exceeded 100 per year. She is most proud of her ability to appropriately set new hire expectations in order to keep new hire fears and concerns at a minimum. Using her past experience, Marilyn focuses her abilities on finding the right match between company and candidate and then to ensure a smooth transition.
