Mar has lived and worked in the UK for nearly a decade where she has gained in depth industry knowledge by successfully conducting mid to senior executive search mandates across the Transportation & Manufacturing sectors globally. Mar started her career as a researcher where she delivered international searches across Port Operations, Rail and Bus operations, Defence and the wider Industry sectors. More recently, Mar has focused on building up the Aviation and Aerospace Practice specialising in Airport Technology and the Passenger journey. In addition, Mar led Carmichael Fisher's commitment to making a real impact upon D&I statistics for her clients and identified and initiated numerous initiatives to help organisations overcome their challenges. Mar holds a BSc in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain.
