Mr. Duffy is responsible for providing key research and leading the execution of mandates in the industrial and natural resources sectors globally. He has recruited at chief executive, executive board, non-executive director and senior vice president level in commercial and technical disciplines in all functions, including finance, operations, human resources, and supply chain for public and private companies. Before joining Korn Ferry in 2004, Mr. Duffy was with a boutique legal search firm serving as a private practice consultant for two years. He began his search career in 2001 as a research associate for a generalist search firm, working at senior management and board levels in a variety of sectors, including construction, engineering , FMCG, pharmaceuticals/healthcare and retail. Mr. Duffy holds a law degree and attended the De Montfort law school at Birmingham University.
