Biography
Carmen Pérez Solano is a core member of the Industrial & Natural Resources Sector, with a focus on management assessment, leadership transformation, and both executive and non-executive search. Based in the Madrid office, Carmen leverages strategic consulting and industry backgrounds to effectively work with leadership teams of both local and international clients. She also works closely with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Sustainability Practices.
Carmen came to the firm after more than 15 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where she led projects internationally across a range of areas, including strategic planning, due diligence, organization and digital transformation. Carmen began her career in operations and production management with PSA Peugeot Citroën in Paris. She is also the co-founder of City Confidential, a well-known digital lifestyle community in Spain, and volunteers as a mentor to high-impact entrepreneurs for Endeavor.
Carmen has an MS in industrial engineering from the ICAI Engineering School at the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid and an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School in New York. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
