Earlier in his tenure with Korn Ferry, Mr. Landini served as Managing Director, Search for the EMEA region during which time he co-led the Korn Ferry Search business within the region. During this time, he oversaw the growth and development of the Consumer and Industrial practice lines. Mr. Landini has successfully developed and managed clients, for both the Search and Solutions lines of business, being the point of contact for many EMEA and all Italian clients. He has created, developed and improved the relationships with several FMCG and Industrial clients, both at the Italian and International levels. As an example, he successfully signed a Global Preferred Supplier Agreement with an Italian consumer company and he managed several Preferred Supplier Agreements/Large Projects with Italian and EMEA clients within the Retail, Consumer, Luxury and Automotive Sectors. At the beginning of his career with Korn Ferry, Mr. Landini was Managing Director of Korn Ferry Italy, overseeing the firm's search work and operations in the Rome and Milan offices. He also served as European Practices Leader. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Landini worked in the Milan office of PA Consulting Group, which was acquired by Korn Ferry in January 2000. Mr. Landini holds a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Florence. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
