With a Master's degree in Information Engineering, Nathanaël has spent his entire professional career since 1997 in executive search. He first worked at Heidrick & Struggles then Egon Zehnder, where he participated in the recruitment of senior executives and members of the Executive Committee in the industry and services sectors. In 2006, he specialized in recruiting experienced professionals in the real estate, construction and infrastructure sectors, within an independent executive search firm. He co-founded the Haussmann Executive Search firm in 2010.
