Based in the Los Angeles area, Katie Haddock brings an extensive background in executive search and consulting in the healthcare industry, having served in prominent recruiting, advisory, research, operations, and business development capacities. Over her career, she has served clientele including hospitals and systems, academic medical centers, multispecialty medical groups, managed care organizations, venture-backed healthcare organizations, as well as others. Katie excels at managing search projects, collaborating with client contacts, and applying proactive research and assessment methods to identify exceptional candidate slates. She is the consummate team player while also exhibiting the ability to carry out any key phase of a recruitment. Further, she is known for building trusting relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful search outcomes. Most recently, Katie served in the healthcare practice of a Top 10 search firm, supporting senior-level recruitments for a variety of healthcare providers. For many years she was an independent search and leadership contractor, working primarily in the healthcare space, leveraging her expertise in sourcing exceptional candidates for key leadership roles, while also assisting clients with strategic planning as well as developing and evaluating operating processes. Earlier in her career, Katie served as director of research and senior consultant for a boutique search firm catering to healthcare provider and managed care clients. As that firm’s second employee, she helped build it from the ground up – developing clients. implementing systems and processes, and hiring and training the recruiting and research team – as well as executing executive search and consulting assignments. Prior to serving as a research director for another global search firm, Katie started her career at WittKieffer, holding various roles in research, marketing, and administration. In her personal time, Katie enjoys volunteering in her community, parenting a busy middle schooler, hiking, exploring the beautiful city of Los Angeles, and seeing as much live music as her schedule allows.
