Mr. Stephens brings fifteen years of successful search experience to Korn Ferry and has served clients in a broad range of industries and functions. He currently leads recruitment engagements for the Global Technology Industry practice, spanning a variety of disciplines including Strategy, Advisory, Management Consulting, Software, BPO, Digital, and IT Services firms serving multiple industries and geographies. Mr. Stephens has also led executive, leadership, corporate strategy and business development engagements for Fortune 500 as well as Private Equity-owned clients. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ryan led his own boutique search firm, managing and growing client relationships across multiple industry verticals throughout the United States, including information technology, financial services, and industrial manufacturing. Within client organizations, Ryan has successfully placed key executives, senior leaders and experienced professionals in a broad range of strategic positions and functions, including Principals, Sr. Directors, VPs, SVPs, and the C-suite across consulting and technology, as well as many other lines of business. Before joining the search industry, Ryan served as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for a Fortune 50 Global Technology Company, leading a geographically diverse team of professional recruiters responsible for significant volumes of hiring at the professional and leadership levels within the global sales and service organizations. Mr. Stephens earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City, OK and has also earned his Professional of Human Resources (PHR), certification.
