Based in Boston, Sandeep Gupta is an active member in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Insurance practice. Sandeep brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry across several sectors including Carrier, Broker, Insuretech, Retail Bank and National banks. He also focuses on CEO and CxO searches, CEO succession, Board effectiveness and Talent development, leveraging his operational P&L and consulting backgrounds to provide insight and expertise.   Before joining Egon Zehnder, Sandeep worked with Liberty Mutual as SVP & GM of the Partnerships group as well as VP and Head of Innovation. Prior to that, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company focusing primarily on Financial Services. Most recently, Sandeep was the Chief Operating Officer for Keystone Agency Partners, an Insurance Agency Aggregator and Bain Capital Portfolio Company.  Sandeep earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Alumni Council. He is an avid golfer and enjoys reading, watching college football & basketball, grilling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
